to achieve a balance of immaturity and maturity in my mind is the key to happiness, i think you achieved that at the age of nineteen. from the lad with so much hate at times to the young man with a heart of gold (to most people anyway) your life was remarkable in its transformation, you found that balance and now you keep it forever, it shall not be worn out, dragged down or poisoned by this world and that in itself is a small blessing. in a strange ironic way i was thinking of how lucky you are, most of us strive for immortal youth in our lives and you have exactly that. despite being in earthly numbers one year older today, in your place of peace where you now abide, your charm, wit, looks and soul shall remain forever young :) wish you could share ur birthday cake with me, missing you still today like everyday. happy birthday son x
